We are a pet friendly community! We accept Cats, Dogs, Turtles, Non-poisonous frogs, Domestic hamsters, Hermit crabs, Gerbils, Small domesticated birds, and Domestic fish. We do not have any weight restrictions, however there are certain breed restrictions. Restricted breeds include: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and St. Bernard and all "mixes" of the above breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets, rabbits and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons. Pet Fee 1 pet: $400 Pet Fee 2 pets: $500 Max of 2 pets per apartment home.
